    Archipelago Area Planning Board meeting held on January 15th, 2026, be approved as circulated.

CIVIC ADDRESS: 4 Grisdales Road


PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE APPLICATION:


The purpose of Consent Application No. B01-26, is to:


a) transfer a lot addition being approximately 36 m² (0.0036 ha) in size, from the property municipally known as 4 Grisdales Road, being PCL 18563 SEC SS; PT LT 41 CON 4 CONGER PT 4 & 5 42R3183 EXCEPT PT 1 42R7498; The Archipelago, and add it to the abutting property municipally known as 8 Grisdales Road, being CL 21201 SEC SS; PT LT 41 CON 4 CONGER PT 1 42R7498; T/W PT 5 42R3183 AS IN LT131822; The Archipelago;


b) provide an extension of the access right-of-way/easement as in LT131822 by including the lot addition lands as part of the dominant lands; and


c) partially discharge instrument GB157946, in favour of the Royal Bank, from the lot addition lands.


The effect of the proposed consent would be to rectify the encroachment of an existing support wire and anchor for a telecommunications tower and ensure all infrastructure is entirely within the benefiting property.
